Grace Borbon – Director of Human Resources

Grace Borbon is the Director of Human Resources in Costa Rica’s Call Center. Ms.Borbon strongly believes that her reliable structure, discipline and accountability are assets to the company’s top management.

She excels in her attention to detail and her abililty to handle the communication for all company departments,local institutions and Costa Rican governmental agencies.

Since 1991, she has represented several international companies, including Caterpillar International as the head bilingual receptionist and executive assistant. In 2001, Ms. Borbon worked for Cafe Britt, Costa Rica’s largest coffee exporter.For four years, she exhibited leadership in extensive public relations and lead the company in high end retail sales before joining Costa Rica’s Call Center administration team.

Ms.Borbon has advanced studies in the fields of English, Psychology, Gemology, and Executive Administration.
